DIY Workshop - Make Your Own Wind Chime
Remakery India is opening its doors to weekend workshops, starting with our first collaboration with Bamboo Mystics.
The workshop will be teaching the participants to make their own windchimes and make garden installations using bamboo.
Each of the participants will also explore 'jungle music' ,bringing the inner monkeys and peacocks using sound and body as a medium through an interactive session .
The workshop will take the participants through a journey of sounds giving a glimpse of Indonesian tribal music and crafts .
At the end of the workshop each of the participants will get the opportunity to take back their very own handmade windchime!
About the facilitator - Rahul Sharma is an art practitioner and explorer . He has been practising different kinds of ethnic indian instruments like tabla and pakhawaj .

Date - 25th January 2020
Time - 11am - 1 pm
Venue - Remakery India (R-84, Khirkee Extension, Opposite Select Citywalk Mall)
Remakery is an eclectic space, an attempt to create a slightly 'uncivil' society space, where conversations and thoughts would have no boundaries or political correctness. It's a space made of waste, also facilitating borrow, barter and buy of old and upcycled products. Green the Map houses all its upcycled products at Remakery, conducts series of upcycling and sustainability workshops throughout the year.
