We are talking today about using coffee in painting techniques as the primary solution instead of the classical acrylic, oil, watercolour or tempera paint. Join this fun workshop where you will learn the basics of doodling and how to use coffee as a resourceful medium to create texture, shadows, gradients, and depth.

About the Artist
Geetanjali Saini is a molecular biologist and a contemporary visual artist drawing inspiration heavily from nature, Landscapes; includes semi-abstract and abstract styles. She uses mediums such as soft pastels, gouache and aquarelle, acrylics, mixed media for her work. Currently, she is a scientific consultant to Georgia State University.
Sunandita Mehrotra (Ita) is an artist and writer based in New Delhi. She graduated in Philosophy after which she was awarded an exchange year at SciencePo Paris where she majored in art history. It has worked with several human rights organizations within and outside the city with a focus on education, livelihood and environment. She adopts different mediums of engagement and intervention to co-create with diverse groups of people and also draws out her own experiences through textual and visual forms.
