How it's made

Honey from the winter mustard bloom, from the hives at our farm in the Aravallis. It is raw: not heated and not blended. Mustard honey sets quickly into a soft, pale, creamy honey. That's natural, and it's how you can tell it hasn't been heated. To loosen it, stand the jar in warm (not hot) water.

Use

on toast, in warm water with lemon, or as it is.

Keep

at room temperature, lid closed. 350 g glass jar.
